Yep, this Orange & Turquoise Fall Mantel is Mantel number 5-0! That's 2 mantels from the big finale.
(you know, in case you hadn't heard)
On October 1st, I'll be sharing the 52nd Mantel of 52 Mantels. And, then I'll be giving you a chance to win a shopping spree to your choice between two of my favorite stores (um, hello, HomeGoods. Hello, Target) so you can go stock up on your own stash of Mantel decor. How fun is that?! And, all this is possible thanks to my super awesome sponsors, shown at the end of this post. Go check out their sites and tell them thanks!
Okay, let's talk about this Fall Mantel. My goodness, I love Fall. Can we officially say it's here? We had another cool weekend and I even wore a cardigan. I think that makes it official, right?
I've used this reclaimed window many times in my mantel decor BUT...I've never flipped it around and displayed the naked back. It gives me a whole new look!

I used push-pins to attach pretty orange fabric to the backside of the window.
The free Thankful Heart Printable was on last week's mantel. I showed you the Chalkboard & Burlap Banner tutorial last Tuesday. And, the tutorial for the Pumpkin Picture Holders will be shared tomorrow!
Have you decorated your mantel for Fall yet? On October 8th the sponsors and I will be hosting a FUN Fall Mantel Party and you're invited to come link up! I'll share more info soon.
See you tomorrow!

Beautiful! I love the orange and turquoise together. :) I just decorated ours for fall yesterday!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming to my blog and leaving me a nice comment on my Pumpkin Spice Latte and Muffins. Did you know you are a no reply blogger? I Hope it's not rude for me to say, sorry if it is. The only reason I say is because I suddenly became a no reply blogger for no apparent reason and had no idea until someone told me. Hope you don't mind. Thanks for your lovely comment and for sharing my recipe. I love your blog and am a dedicated follower. Great mantle by the way!!!

ReplyDeleteOMG! Girl we are so on the same page. I just put the finish touches on my turquoise and orange fall mantel over the weekend!!! I totally thought I was crazy and was seriously wondering if people would laugh at my color combo. I can't wait to share it... I was hoping to get my new flash before I photographed it though... my living room is so dang dark I can't get a good picture in there! PS. I'm sending you my info soon : )

Love that orange fabric... where did you get it??? And the blue pumpkins??? I can't wait to see how you made those! You are so talented, and everything looks fabulous. Can't believe there are only 3 more mantels to go. You aren't going to stop doing them completely, right? :)

ReplyDeleteGreat color combination! My weekly linky party--One Creative Weekend--has gone spooky this week in honor of my thirteenth party. If you haven’t already, I hope you’ll visit "One Creative Weekend" on OneCreativeMommy.com (open every Fri-Wed) and link up this idea and anything else you’d like to share. (You can include non-Halloween posts as well, but feel free to link up as many Halloween-themed posts as you like.) There are two categories—one for Halloween and one for everything else.
ReplyDeleteOrange and Turquoise are my youngest favorite colors. :D
