Did you have a good 4th of July?! We sure did. We enjoyed a neighborhood parade, ate ribs and celebrated with friends and family. All-in-all, a successful holiday!
As part of our festivities, we enjoyed ribs from Tony Roma Ribs. Have you tried their pre-cooked ribs? So easy to prepare (Seriously: open package, heat contents. It doesn't get much easier than that!). And, really tasty, too! Everyone loved them and couldn't believe they weren't homemade.
The party details were really simple. I just served a few side dishes and some cold drinks. I pulled out all my red, white and blue stuff (of course) and set up a buffet. Easy-breezy.
I just love July 4th, don't you??
Oh, and you know I had to throw a few festive touches on my mantel. Truthfully, I didn't want to overhaul it completely, so I just added some flags and redid my chalk message. Again, easy-breezy!
**Go check out Tony Roma Ribs, when you get a chance. You can pick up their pre-cooked ribs at your local grocery store. They were kind enough to sponsor my party and this blog post, but all opinions are 100% mine.
