A Whimsical Summer Mantel {by Corner of Plaid and Paisley}

Hi, I'm Ann from Corner of Plaid and Paisley! I choose a theme of Time Flies When You're Having Fun for my Paper Mantel Challenge.  I went for a little whimsical look for the summer.  This was all created with things around the house and very simple to make.  My motto is:  If I can make it - anyone can!!  Stop by Corner of Plaid and Paisley and see how I transformed a granola bar box into a clock and ribbon spools into pedestals for my newspaper spheres. I hope this spurs some ideas for you to use on future projects.  My thanks to Emily for allowing me to participate in this challenge!
