Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
I'm totally a Walgreens gal. I could spend a good chunk of time going from aisle to aisle looking at all the goodies. And, let's face it, I have on more than one occasion! When you've got a baby who LOVES people, wandering aisles at your local Walgreens is a great outing for both mom and her social butterfly. And, though we live in a large metropolitan area, there's something of a small-town atmosphere at my neighborhood Walgreens. I guess it just seems like they really care and they always take the time to chat with me and ask about my day. I love that extra attention they give!

When my husband started a new job last month, I was so excited to learn that our new insurance was accepted at Walgreens. What if I had been forced to switch pharmacies? What if the new guys didn't take the time to ask about my day? Those kinds of worries will keep a mother up at night! Now, with the new insurance AND the Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens, our prescription drugs are manageable, even for this single income family. The membership ($10 a year for your immediate family, including spouse and all dependents 22 and younger PLUS pets!) offers you a discount on more than 8,000 name brand and all generic medications. Plus, you get discounts on flu shots, pet prescriptions, nebulizers and diabetic supplies. As if that's not enough, you get bonuses when you purchase Walgreens brand products. Incredible deal, don'tcha think?
I'm definitely following Walgreens on Twitter and liking Walgreens on Facebook. You should too!

  1. Walgreen's is too far from my rural home but my local Rite Aid is a 7 minute drive and it sounds like I love them the way you love yours. They are wonderful to me and even though I coupon like crazy they've never been rude or minded all my many questions. They even give me savings suggestions sometimes. I count myself a very blessed woman to have them so close.
